What resetting an agreement's checks would change
What POST on this path would delete and keep, by the rule the reset applies: a pair a claim holds (a claim that is not cancelled holds one of its alerts that is not dismissed) keeps every one of its alerts, and no other alert survives. Membership of a single alert decides neither, so these counts differ from the has_claim alert metrics. Counted without locks, so a claim change between this and the reset moves alerts between them.
