# Connect 24SevenOffice to Watchdog

> Connect 24SevenOffice to Watchdog and grant access to invoices and documents.

Connect 24SevenOffice by inviting Watchdog's integration user and entering your company's client ID.

Watchdog retrieves supplier invoices, credit notes, and documents. It does not change transactions in 24SevenOffice.

## Before you begin

You need help from an administrator who can invite users in 24SevenOffice. Watchdog must accept the invitation before the connection can be used.

## Connect in Watchdog

1. Ask your administrator to send the invitation described below.
2. Find the client ID under **Accounting → Manage vouchers** in 24SevenOffice. It is the number before `@voucher.24sevenoffice.com`: for example, `123456@voucher.24sevenoffice.com` gives `123456`.
3. Open **Integrations → 24SevenOffice** in Watchdog, add a connection, and enter the client ID.
4. Test the connection once Watchdog has accepted the invitation, then save.

## For the 24SevenOffice administrator

1. Open **Administration → User Administration → People**.
2. Under **External users with access packages**, select **Add**.
3. Use the email address below, enter a name for the integration user, and add the user with **+**.
4. Select the **Integration user** package, continue, and complete the invitation.

## What Watchdog imports

Watchdog retrieves closed supplier invoices and credit notes visible to the integration user. Manual synchronization uses the selected entry-date period. Automatic synchronization retrieves changes since the last completed automatic run.

Watchdog downloads the invoice PDF. If the document consists only of supported images, Watchdog combines them into one PDF.
